I have a Samsung Series 7 UE65TU7020KXXU and on most of the apps (now tv) being the worst, i have a serious frame rate problem, especially on panning across scenery, also micro stutters of all apps. The only thing that plays ok is normal TV via the ariel.
I have messed with the motion smoothing and nothing helps this problem, i have ran the diagnostic thing and all is good. It is extremely annoying and make what should be an awesome TV a complete waste of time, i have reverted back to watching on my old series 5 Samsung TV which works flawlessly.
My internet connection to the TV is fine and fast (100bm) and it is running software T-KTSU2DEUC-2101.2
Can someone please tell me how i can resolve this problem or if it is a fault with the TV
