So. My tv is saying it’s connected to the WiFi and Netflix etc works fine. Im trying to download Disney life to the tv but when I try to log into my Samsung account it’s saying “unable to connect to the Samsung server. Check your network settings or try again later (100). What do I do?!

Could you tell us the full model code and software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
