Hello Everyone,
I recently purchased Samsung Q930B soundbar and Samsung QN90B Tv.
I managed to connect my Soundbar to my mobile SmartThings app with no problem, but when I try to pair up the TV, it brings hell. There is no way that I can connect it to my app. Eventho, Tv's SmartThings app is connected to same account like my mobile app, it's no luck.
I am keep getting this error.

Any help or advices?

Try clearing cache and data.
