hi i have purchase a samsung qn800n 8k tv and i am unable to get google assistance to work ? when i select google assistant in the drop down menu it give me a code for me to log in to google assistance   but it cant not fine the tv

Thanks for the advise/link did that but still no working

i go to setting /general/voice/ google assistance/ google assistance/ then it give me a code and a web site g.co/assistant/device /enter code and then it says device not found/ i have in stall Samsung smart thinks and that works ok

i have tried to speak to customer support twice tonight the conversation  and keep getting cut off throu

had a txt chat with Samsung and they say that there must be a fault with google assistance .although  i have other device connected to it that works ok i will stick with Bixby for now .thanks for your help
