Hi does anyone keep getting this message up on there qled tv the tv is brand new

I have a qled tv but I have a soundbar that is Samsung but never connected it because I used to get the same message
Also what brand is the soundbar?

Try looking at the Samsung website and troubleshoot it

the arc port and hmdi are different like carefully behind your TV and locate arc port plug your lead in there and it will work

it is connected to the arc port on tv and on my soundbar

Hi try following the instructions & see what happens.
Also does your tv & soundbar have an optical lead slot, I've connected my soundbar through that & it works flawlessly.
