Samsung Qled q7 series (55) in Australia does not have Apple TV app

I am unable to find Apple TV app on my Samsung tv q7 series (55) .

I’m based in Australia.

I reset smart hub as well. Didn’t work. 

does anyone know if my tv will support it or does my region have limitation or can anyone help set it up?
