Samsung QE55Q9FNAT 'Screen failure'

I own a Samsung Q9F flagship tv that I bought in December 2018. Recently around December 2020 my tv just stopped working (i.e under 2 years), it wouldn't switch on at all. So I called Samsung customer service hoping to receive some help only to be told to visit one of their integrated services and there is nothing that they can do. Very poor customer service and in the end, I gave my tv to the service centre. Today I was told that my tv has a 'Screen failure' and it would be a major repair, which is beyond my reach. I bought this tv for £2100, surely a tv of this standard shouldn't have a screen failure within the first 2 years of its life.  Can anyone help?
