Hi there,
I'd like to complain about about Samsung's poor customer service and product policy. I bought a SAMSUNG QE55Q90RATXXU 55” Smart 4K Screen lines - in Nov 2019 and some lines appear on the screen. The best your customer service can do is to offer 15% discount for a TV I spent £1600. It's shocking that they don't take responsibility and I would expect a premium TV to last more than 2 years. I have owned Samsung TVs for many years without problems, but clearly I will be exploring and recommending other products instead.
