Samsung QE55Q80T (2020) voice over

For some weeks there has been a voice in the background telling me what is happening Example "he is now walking over the grass" this is without subtitles on. I have tried everything even resetting TV.

Try 

Step 1: Go to Settings from your TV’s home screen.

Step 2: Then, choose the General option.

Step 3: In the General option, select the Accessibility tab.

Step 4: Now, select the Audio Descriptions option.

Step 5: Just, turn off the toggle.

Thank you for your response but I have tried that and it is already turned off. I do have the a Virgin Tivo Box connected to the TV as well.

So it looks like the Tivo Box is the issue. Have a look at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/accessibility/virgin-tv
