My 8K QLED TV has started to shut down BBC Iplayer while watching. This happens about 4 times in an hour while watching a program and I have to switch set back on with remotes and open iplayer again and find the program and watch where it left over. Also I have noticed a funny shaded line that runs the entire length of the bottom of the screen around 10mm wide. When I look closely at it it has several thin limes running through it and it goes and comes you can see the screen through it. The TV is about a year old. Any thoughts?
