I bought this TV  last August and up to today it has worked  very well. However, quite suddenly about half of the installed apps have stopped working. The only ones which are still working are Prime Video and Youtube. Apple TV and Netflix look as though they would work if I were subscribed to them, but BBC Iplayer, ITV Hub, All4, and My5 etc simply return the message "This service is not available." I can't open the e-Manual, nor the Internet function. Attached boxes are still OK.

 

I tried connecting with a wired connection rather than Wifi but it didn't make any difference. Has anybody experienced anything like this and do they know what can be done about it?
