Hi - Hoping someone might be able to help..

We have the above TV which is 11 months old, upto now we have had no issues, however this afternoon the picture on the screen suddenly started to disappear with 70% of the screen going black, and the remainder with the programme that we were watching showing.. The screen has now completely gone blank, with the TV turning off and on every few seconds with a red light flashing twice by the main on off button..

I have tried turning off at the wall/unplugging etc but to no fix.. Any help of suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

If you got it 11 months ago, I would call support and have the TV fixed under warranty

Only fix to this issues and that's is to have it replaced

I have the same issue. Samsung is 2 years old. I have a Panasonic that's still going strong after 10 years. I guess my warranty is over.

I also have the same issue, mine is a little older at 2years 5months, however I still feel it should have lasted longer. It's clearly failed due to inferior components and parts. Or was it designed to fail? Samsung advised that I should pay to fix it. Pretty poor show Samsung!
