Hi everyone,
first time i turned on and configured the Q90 everything was working fine and my Sky Q decoder was correctly listing as "SKY" among the inputs.
All of a sudden it is now "unknown" and this means that in smart hub is not showing anymore and that it sometimes automatically changes the colors of the screen to the generic picture mode and i can't save any picture settings for it.
I'm on the latest firmware and i've just done a factory reset but nothing changed.
Please help
