Hi folks,
I recently got the Samsung Q80T and so far am enjoying it. However, I noticed that when it's day time and I have some windows open, there's a very visible repeated rainbow band effect going across the TV. I've attached pictures for reference. This is also quite noticeable when the TV is on and is worse with light/white content. I've looked at a couple other posts on the internet and this looks different.
Anyone have any ideas if this is normal/expected? I've taken the protective film off.
It's so bad on mine that I'm returning it. Got the q80t specifically for the reflection handlingand the rainbow reflections from the lights in my living room make it unwatchable at night. These are not bright lights and I had no problems with reflections like this on my old cheap tv
