Samsung Q80T - Local Dimming BUG

Software version 2014.1

Eco solution is OFF

Those are my settings, now I will explain the bug and how to reproduce it.
1) Turn OFF the TV for 7 minutes.
2) Turn ON the TV.
3) Play any video.
4) White areas look ununiformed, look bad:

A temporary solution is to set Local Dimming is Standard and back to High:

It's a new TV, I bought it about a month ago, I have my warranty.
Every time I turn ON the TV I have to change the local dimming settings from "High" to "Standard" back to "High" in order to fix this issue.
Why is this happening and how can I fix it permanently?

what i have the same problem as you 75q80t have you found a remedy? in reality it seems all staggered the local dimming every now and then goes down every now and then goes up is very random
