Hi @Rooneym can you check you have the latest firmware which is 1403 (available last month), if not can be downloaded to USB and updated that way. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/QE55Q80BATXXU/
if you do have it or does not make a difference can you check another device in that port. Would be advisable to try another HDMI cable or try another port (if that is possible).
However if the issue remains unsolved after Troubleshooting (checking other Devices/cables) I would suggest contacting support to look into the issue (they would be able to check via Remote Assistance if you were agreeable)
