I updated my Samsung Q60R firmware and now the smart hub is gone and the remote is not working , the only thing the remote can do is to turn the TV on and off , I don’t have the option to go to settings as the remote don’t work anymore and on the screen sometimes it says (this service is not available) is there any one who can help ?
