Samsung one connect box problem

Went to watch tv this morning,

 

tv tried to update, one connect mini disconnected and restarted the tv, TV stuck in endless loop of trying to update but mini one not allowing it to happen.

 

have looked across forums and tried all suggestions nothing works.

 

live chat are too busy to live chat, was hoping someone here can help and get this sorted.

 

tv model no: ue48ju7500t

Hi @Adee1 Have you tried factory reset after disconnecting mini and before connecting again?  If you have you do not have latest firmware 1555.0 would try the USB download after this process.  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE48JU7500TXZF/ 

However if still issue the Tv may well need a repair and can contact Samsung to book an engineer, however if TV is out of warranty (which seems likely for a  2015 model) this would be chargeable.
