I have a Samsung UE55MU7000T TV which is connected to my devices via a one box connection - I am having a problem which is occuring daily whereby I am watching TV and the screen will go black and after around 30 seconds a message will appear saying that the hdmi source is not recognised - the only way I can rectify the problem is to power down my sky box and reboot to get back the connection.
I have used the Samsung online support who changed a couple of setting on my TV and I have also downloaded the latest software update however this has not solved the problem and it is happening more frequently.
Another bizarre thing that is happening is that if we open our freezer in the kitchen it will cause the screen to go black for a few seconds and comes back on or occasionally I have to do a full reset again !!!!!
