I've a brought a Samsung smart TV(Samsung 7 series).
I've a fast internet connection. The tv shows that it is connected to internet.
The TV says all steps from 1-4 are correct in smart hub test except the last step..
I'm not able to even download even the terms and policies..
I've dropped around 30 emails to the Samsung care and 50+ calls to Samsung care.. but all in vain.. feeling helpless
