Samsung Neo QLED Q95B (2022) - Connect Box strange sound + HDMI disconnection problem

Hi all.

My name is Adrian and I live in Romania.

I bought a Samsung Neo QLED TV code QN95T (2022) the other day.

The TV is also connected to a PC via an HDMI cable.

In addition to the fact that the new Connect Box has a "base", I noticed that after turning off the TV it makes a "click" (similar to the sound made by the ON-OFF button on the power extension cords)

I called the Call Center and they told me that the models after 2020 have a relay in the Connect Box that basically cuts off the power after turning off the TV.

It wouldn't be disturbing if it did it just once, but if the TV is off and I'm on the PC, it often happens that I hear that click and immediately my PC monitor closes / reopens.

I mention the fact that before I had the Samsung QLED Q95T (2020) model and I use the same HDMI cable and the same settings, and with the old TV I never encountered this problem.

Moreover, the old Connect Box (the metallic one) did not make any sound during use, nor did it make that "click" when I turned it off.

Has anyone encountered this problem before and if so, did they manage to solve it?

Odd no idea, but agree i have the 2021 version and no noises, i suppose Samsung think we position the one box away, odd as the 2022 models include a mount on the rear stand.
