Hi, I have a Samsung mu6120 55" 4k smart tv. It's a great tv but I'm having a problem with the screen. Basically if I watch anything in hd or 4k such as tv, xbox, etc. The screen zooms into the top left corner. Imagine the 4 quarters of the tv screen. This tv picture is zoomed into the top left corner. What's the problem? Thanks :winking-face:

Glad the soft reset has worked for some!   Certainly worth trying at times, thanks for sharing @Michael15743 .

I called Best Buy and they said I need a new TV. I searched and searched Google until I came upon your answer. You fixed my TV in 5 seconds. So many thank yous!!!!!! You are amazing!
