After 2 years I bought the TV, I bought the Soundbar and had issues with HDMI ARC connectivity. Was able to play music on Soundbar using only Bluetooth option. After going through these support messages and others back and forth, after few hrs it automatically started taking sound from ARC
Not sure if initially it took time to get things set or something else. Just keeping this post in case if any one experienced similar issues and to know if any experiences in fixing the issue permanently.
My TV model is Samsung MU6100 and Soundbar is HW-Q60R
