Hey @Garima, sorry to hear about the little accident with the TV. I would unplug the TV and dry any water outside of the unit. An engineer would most likely be needed to repair it though and due to this being considered physical damage, it would not be covered under warranty, unfortunately. You can book an engineer visit by getting in touch with your closest Samsung Support Centre.
