Samsung hub!!!

I did tried everything.... nothing is working...

Cannot delete apps, option is greyed out.. 

Cant uodate or download apps as it shows 0kb availiable...

When i click on app im getting error as " smart hub is being updated"

Not sure how to solve this... please help me!!!!

I reset my smart hub and now all my default (built-in) app like youtube and netflix disappeared. I tried to re-install them but the download button is grayed out and it says "Smart hub is being updated. Please try again later". My storage also says 0 KB available and 1 GB used when the only app that remained is web browser and e-manual. 

Please help. Thank you.

Hey @dragonsun  and @Suyash ,

 

can you please tell me what TV model and software version are you using? You can find the model at the back on a white sticker and the software version from the TV Settings> Support> About this Tv or Contact Samsung.

Thanks @dragonsun . I can see that you've got a US model TV.  With Samsung support being localised and this being a European forum (the English language part is supported by the Samsung UK & Ireland team, for example), we're limited in what we can do for you in terms of direct support.

Have you been in touch with Samsung US about this issue, or shared it on the Samsung US Community (https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/TVs/ct-p/get-help-tvs)  to see if others in the US are reporting the same?
