Hi, I am after a little help. I have just recently updated my network settings, and went to change my details on the TV.
I have found that the remote works fine for normal functions, but if I go to the settings menu, the left/right/up/down & Select buttons do not respond on the menus, as a result, I can not reset the network, reset the TV or update firmware, etc.

 

I have been in touch with support over live chat, but everything they suggested I try, revolves around these buttons working!!! I am at a loss 😞

Can anyone offer any advice please, would be greatly appreciated.

I am facing the same issue on my UE43RU7470UXXU tv. Seems it's not working only in settings menu. Specially on sub-menus. I tried resetting the tv, but because the navigations are not working. Also tried updating firmware, but it's already upto-date with latest firmware. Am totally stuck here and no other option left to try. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
