Hi,
This is my first time posting. I've had samsung ue50ru7410 4k tv for about a year now.
The HDR content on the tv is absolutely horrible. It looks washed out and dull/dark. I have changed every setting on the tv and cant improve it. I have turned off eco mode setting.
This is both on external devices (xbox) and apps such as netflix and Disney+.
The gamma setting is always on st.2084 when in HDR and the HLG option is always greyed out and i cant select it.
The picture on none HDR is pretty good but HDR is awful and i can't turn it off.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this or turn on HLG option.
