Samsung Frame TV 43 no longer goes into Art Mode

I've moved my One Connect box inside a cabinet and since doing this the TV no longer goes into Art Mode. I thought this might be due to the sensor being blocked but even if I manually select artwork and hit "set" it doesn't mount it. If I try and start a slideshow this doesn't work anymore either (it stays on the same screen). How do we fix this, any ideas?

I have the same issue and I've not touched or moved anything.  It was ok yesterday but not today.

Please help!

I used the webchat and tried the reset solution which worked! Turns out the moving of the one connect box was irrelevant. Just hold the power button for 20 seconds and it should fix.
