Samsung frame not able to upload photos

can not upload photos to display on the TV through the app on the iPhone

Hi @Bizybee, what happens when you try uploading your photos? Have you tried uploading them using a different device?

I’ve just spend $3000 on a new tv to use this exact function - there is no customer service - just hundreds and hundreds off complaints online that people can’t upload a simple photo to their TV?

Does Samsung care about their brands reputation??? This is so frustrating for us as customers

I've recently reset my Samsung Galaxy S21  and reinstalled Samsung Smart Things and now I can upload my photos to my Samsung Frame TV! I think Samsung has fixed the problem.

Just purchased my 65 in Frame Tv and same problem! Can not upload pictures. I have used a IPhone  and IPad same failure come on Samsung! Get it together! Or it’s go back to the retailer
