I've had my 49inch 2019 Samsung Frame for about 18 months. For majority of this time i have had it connected via Freesat with no issues. This uses a Sky dish shared with my neighbour.
Recently all channels said no signal. I have re-tuned many times and whilst it says it has found 140+ channels most of them remain blank (no signal). ITV is an exception - this has perfect picture and is fine. This suggests to me it is not an issue with cable or dish (as otherwise i wouldn't get good picture for ITV?). There are a few other channels with pictures i can add if relevant.
Also, when entering any postcode during the tuning process it says invalid.
I do not believe the issue is the dish as my neighbour still receives Sky and Freesat (on 2 different TVs) with no issue.
Please help!
