I have had a Samsung Frame for over a year, and have paid the fee for Art since the beginning. I have been rotating over 300 pictures this whole time.
A month ago, the same Art I have been looking at for over a year, has changed - it is now Closer! Another way to say it, the formatting of the art has shrunk the picture as if the picture is in 'close-up' resulting in a large part of the outside of the original art is cut out of the picture.
I know that Samsung does software updates to the TV's on occasion. Is this a known issue with the latest updates? Is there a fix?
