I have a 2 year old Frame, and today it started resetting my connection to my one connect constantly. The screen on the TV flashes and everything reboots, but the system doesn’t cycle through a startup. Just the blue circle, and this connection error. Any help?
@Steve Flack: Can you check to make sure that the One Connect cable is securely inserted in both the TV and the box itself? If you power off the TV, unplug it at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power back on using the remote, does this resolve the issue?
Nope, didn’t work. Did it numerous times.
