HI, I have just bought a Samsung Frame (65). Everything was fine for a couple of days. Then all of a sudden the TV turned itself off (can only presume it went into standby mode after 4 hrs, although no warning message came up). I now cant access my Sky Q box, it says no signal when I go through the setup.
I have tried my sky Q on a different Tv with the same cables and it works fine. I have also tried the following:
1. Turn all devices off and reboot
2. Reset TV to factory settings
3. Software updates (both devices are up to date)
4. Unplugged all HDMI except the Q box
5. Turned off eco mode on TV and SKY Q box
I just cant get the TV to find the SKY Q signal even though it works on another TV (Panasonic and not Samsung.)
Any help would be appreciated.
