Samsung Frame 43 2020 - Ambient mode keeps loading

Hi guys,

just got my Samsung Frame 43 a week ago and I am very happy with it so far, but today when I tried to put in the Ambient Mode, it keeps loading, but doesn’t start. I tried the obvious (restarting the One Connect, switching off and on and checking internet connection...), but this is a bummer!... Any suggestions on what to do?

Could we take the full model code and current software version of your TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Same here with a Serif 2019. Ambient mode works well once after a reset of the PSID. The next time it is activated it only shows the "Loading..." circle forever.

Did this ever get a solution because I have the same thing, no matter what I do it will not loads, just site there forever on loading
