Hi can anyone tell me if their Samsung Frame 2020 model tv works with ambient mode in standby.
I brought a 55 inc last September and I’m sure it did work but since I used the app to change to a photo or an art mode picture for a bit it will now no longer stay in ambient mode.
now when selecting ambient mode and displaying them on screen there’s no select anymore and when ever you turn off the tv it always defaults back to the art mode photo and not ambient mode. Even if I try the back arrow it goes to art mode not ambient.
Samsung are saying it shouldn’t work in standby mode but reaching out to see if anyone has the same model to answer my question. Thanks
