Samsung EU43MU6179 - issues with Netflix and Plex playing

Hello all,

 

I've used till now an Apple TV for Netflix/Plex for tv shows/movies.

 

As I've buy a new Samsung TV MU6179 I've added these apps into my TV as well and I started to watch tv shows and movies.

 

Now, my real issue (hope explain well): 

as much as the sound is ok, the image while playing (more for Plex less for Netflix) suffers from...unatural movement of the characters from the movie/tv show - like some frames are loosed somewhere and characters/actors are moving too fast or too slow from time to time during one scene.

 

For sure I'm observing well but...it's a bit strange!

 

Just to precsie: it not happens this using an external player like Apple TV for example!

 

Internet band is good around 50 mb/s I think.

 

Any advices?

Which cover you really refer to?

 

I've solved my issue by setting Picture Style = Movie from initial value = Standard.

 

The issue I faced is called 'soap opera effect'.

Hi katanel,

you can try emptying the cover of your TV by pressing the power button until the TV turns off and on again.
