Samsung curved 49 uhd 7 series screen issue

My Samsung tv UE49NU7300K when turned on flashes up with Samsung smart TV on the screen for a second then goes black, there is a back light but no picture? Any help thanks

Hi,
Try below

Make sure all external cable connections are properly connected to the Samsung screen

If any cable is loose, then it might lead to Samsung TV black screen

The best way to confirm it by disconnecting all cable connections and then plugging in tightly again

And see if fixes the issue
