we recently had to get a new router for the internet but now I can’t connect the tv to it.. we have tried rebooting both the WiFi and the tv and still wont connect.
Is the TV "seeing" the WiFi signal? Also check your router isn't restricting connections to devices MAC address, if so updat the list with the MAC address of the TV
