Hi

I bought the 43” version of this TV last night and it’s got a slight blur to the screen. It just needs to be re-focused. 
It’s leaving my son and I feeling almost travel sick watching!  I’ve never experienced this watching tv before?

I've tried all the trouble shooting options and it’s not changing.

Has anyone had this issue, is the tv broken?
