Brand new install of UE50TU7020K TV - everything has gone fine TV and all external devices up and running just fine.
Launched browser which loads, on-line keyboard accepts input but on selecting "Done" nothing happens. Can add new tabs, but cannot close any existing or newly opened ones.
e-Manual screen will load but get constantly spinning circle and no icon is selectable. Only way to exit is to press the "exit" key on the remote - no other buttons get any response.
Have confirmed internet connections with both WiFi and Ethernet, but same results thru both methods.
