Samsung Branded menu on TV

My Mum has a Samsung UE40EH5000KXXU and it shows this menu in the left of her screen and we cannot get rid of it. The remote control seems to not be working and so I was trying to use the joystick underneat but cannot see anything obvious

Does anyone know how i can get rid of this menu/overlay?

This looks like some sort of demo mode for use by retailers. I seem to remember when I dodgy the initial setup of my TV there was a setting for demo or shop mode. Try and get back to settings and see of you can find this setting.

I did look for that but couldnt see anything. When I press the joystick button and go to source there is a tools option at the bottom but I couldnt seem to get highlight to go to that, it would just scroll up and down to the various source options

There is a demo mode feature on most Samsung TV modes it will he somewhere under the settings. On mine is under General and privacy- System manager - usage mode. Hope this helps
