TVI bought the Samsung AU 8000 50” TV 20 days ago and suddenly now tv is restarting continuously. I tried removing the power cord and waited for a minute and then powered on but did not solve the problem. I tried with basic troubleshooting steps provided in the Samsung support site but no improvement. Please let me know if someone had faced this issue and how did you fix it.

Thanks for the advise. I'm from India, I called up samsung and they arranged for a service engineer and they said that it is display problem. They told that they will replace the display which I don't want as the TV is just 20 days old. I asked for a new TV replacement of same model, but they gave me a coupon for the amount I purchased the TV. And, now, I went to multiple samsung dealers and checked for the TV but the price got increased by 10% and they ask me to pay additional amount. This is really embarrassing for me. I have again informed service engineer to check and revert and it's been two days I didn't get response from them. I tried reach that service engineer he is not picking up the phone even after multiple calls.
Samsung is the only one who's customer support is worst.
