i have a samsung tv and for the past 2 years I have to wait for smart Hun to be updated before I can access any apps this takes a good 30/40 seconds, so decided to look for a resolution, but after taking advice from here I’m now worse off.
I done the smart mart hub reset and now all my apps are inaccessible, the pictures for the apps are there but when clicking on for example Netflix it just goes to a black screen the only app that’s working is channel 5 app. I’m logged in to my Samsung account, it’s saying I have the latest update (2126) I don’t have the Samsung app on screen to be able to access it to download any apps. I have no idea what to do is there anything I can do to reverse the reset? And I will just put up with the smart hub being updated message.

I’m not sure in the model sorry is there a way of finding this without digging out my Manual? I have just reset tv but it’s still the same 😞
