TVIs anyone else finding it impossible to arrange a collection from Samsung?
After DPD failed to deliver my new TV on 4 occasions the TV was faulty so I arranged an immediate return.
Now DPD are unable to collect due to an "unprecedented" situation. It's been 2 weeks waiting for a collection and it's 1 month since I paid Samsung for a TV that I don't have.
