Anyone else have the same problem ?
Samsung updates have been missing on the TV for a year now. My TV is 2 years old from the 5 year warranty period, and there hasn't been any bugfixes or features for a year now.
How can Samsung expect me to trust them money for a new TV when they can't take care of the old (QE55Q8C) I purchased a few years ago ?
There's a big list of crashes, bugs and feature requests still unfilled which I use another POST for.
