An update notification popped up on my Samsung 80 series this morning; I ok’d it and then 5 minutes later it turned off. Now it’s struggling to to turn back on, it keeps popping up with the ‘Smart TV Powered by Tenzin’ then switching off, then back on repeatedly. Sometimes the text doesn’t even properly come up (faded out). Anyone got any ideas? Perfect timing with the World Cup just starting!

Hi @Graltham1 can you disconnect all the HDMi cables and unplug tv from the mains for 5 minutes, reconnect and try again. .
if you can view for an extended period check to see if the Tv actually updated to the latest version by checking Samsung Support. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/ if not can be updated via the USB method. If possible you may also be advised to Factory Reset.
