Samsung 7 series (43) Black screen cast with sound

I literally just got this tv yesterday and I've been having trouble getting my phone to show up on my tv. Everytime I cast my phone using smart view to the tv. The screen goes to a black screen but I can hear my phone volume coming through the tv speakers. Everything about this tv works fine accept this feature. Does anyone have any advice to help me fix this issue. It would be greatly appreciated.

Btw I have a galaxy s8. And I have the smart things app on my phone connected with the TV. I'm able to control my tv with my phone but I get a black screen every time I try to use smart view

Update: I just cast a video I had saved into my galleries successfully, so I know my phone can cast a video. But as I'm an typing this in smart view. I cannot see anything on my television while I'm mirroring

Hello,

I just bought a new TV (TU8000) and I'm getting the same issue.

When I connected my Samsung S8+ and IPhone 11, I got the black screen, but the sound works fine!

Another test that I did was with my Samsung S5, and with this version worked everything.

Did you get any update ?
