Four-day old Samsung 58" TU700D Crystal UHD 4k Smart TV purchased at BJ's Club. Got it all hooked up, after a short time, the audio would cut out while I was watching the NBA games. I thought it was probably on their end being in the bubble and all. Then it happened with another station. I had a soundbar with optical cable; disconnected it and used the tv volume and audio; still continued. Checked all settings possible that I thought would effect audio; still continued. Changed out to a new 2.1 HDMI cable and for a straight hour it was fine; then still continued. Does Samsung perform updates at all? Anyone have any suggestions. Upon reading some comments; I do not have a Bit stream option; so I am using PCM setting. Ready to return this if it doesn't get resolved. Other than that I LOVE everything else about the tv.
