Are Samsung aware that there is a serious flaw on the TU7000 making it very energy inefficient? There appears to be a peculiarity with the Netflix application which means that if you put the TV into Standby from the remote when Netflix is on, or if you have used Netflix then switch back to TV viewing then put the TV into standby it will a short while later automatically turn on, but not display a TV picture, just a blank / black screen. Some people may not even be aware there's is doing this because after X number of hours the TV turns off automatically. Quite clearly this fault means the TV is not as energy efficient as it should be because it's on partially at least when the end user wants it off. So far I have only seen this fault in connection with using the Netflix app. On all other occasions, switching to Standby from TV use only for example, this fault has not exhibited itself, it has however happened pretty much every time the Netflix app has been used. I think it's long overdue an update was issued for UK TVs to fix this issue.
