Is there any way to playback my 4k movies stored on a Samsung CY-SUC05SH1/XV hard drive, on my new Samsung Q90R TV. They worked (and still do) on my old Samsung UHD TV UE55JU6740U.
The files have the UM4 format, but do not show up on the new TV.
Hi @plazauk. Can you confirm the software version you're currently running? This can be found in Settings > Support > Software Update. The latest version is 1335.0. Let me know if this is the correct one.
